Re: Responsible growth

Back in the old days, when Aspen was a ski town and not just another development opportunity, Art Mears did an avalanche study for the MAA of Keno Gulch. The study showed most of the property to be in an avalanche run-out zone. Perhaps Pitkin County needs to review the records and see if 10 new buildings can safely be built on site.
