ASPEN ” A memorial service for Bryan Sax of Aspen will take place in the St. Regis Aspen ballroom from 2-5 p.m. Sunday, a family friend said.

Sax, 37, was one of four people killed last weekend when two small airplanes collided over the Florida Everglades. The incident is under investigation by the National Transportation Safety Board.

His wife, Christy; their daughter, Zaya, 7; stepson Dante Lizotte, 13; and a daughter from a previous marriage, Hannah, 13, survive Sax. His father, Don Sax; his mother, Marcia; and his sister, Rachel, also survive him.

A memorial fund is also in place at Alpine Bank, 600 E. Hopkins Ave., Aspen.
