O’Keef-Klein joins firm, will focus on rentals

Theresa O’Keefe-Klein has joined Coldwell Banker Mason Morse as a broker associate in the real estate firm’s Aspen office. The addition serves to expand the company’s vacation-rental business.

O’Keefe-Klein moved to Aspen more than 25 years ago after falling in love with the Roaring Fork Valley while on vacation, the company said in a statement.

She has 25 years of experience in the luxury-rental business. Her professional demeanor and respect for clients’ privacy allow her to focus on every detail of their stay, including obtaining lift tickets or hiring staff to help make their visit hassle-free, the company said.

Born and raised in Ohio, O’Keefe-Klein attended Kent State before moving to Texas. In Dallas, she worked for the Dallas Morning News and then went on to become a corporate account manager for Sprint.

Coldwell Banker Mason Morse has a 52-year history of real estate business in the Roaring Fork Valley. With five offices in Aspen, Basalt, Carbondale, Redstone and Glenwood Springs, as well as an on-site sales office at the Grand Hyatt Aspen, the company has 63 broker associates and 12 full-time employees.
