Bond reduced for Rave-Munoz
Aspen, CO Colorado
ASPEN ” A judge Wednesday reduced the bond amount to $30,000 from $60,000 in the case of a 21-year-old man who failed to appear for his sentencing hearing in Pitkin County Court.
District Court Judge James Boyd determined at an afternoon hearing that a $30,000 bond was substantial enough for Daniel Rave-Munoz. The decision came two days after Rave-Munoz did not show up for his sentencing hearing.
Rave-Munoz said he got the court date wrong, and apologized to the court for not showing up as scheduled.
