Chef Jaimie Theirot, owner and chef of Smoke, Willits’ up-and-coming barbecue joint, will pair food and beer for a feast of the palate.
While patrons are knocking back Tommy Knocker brews, they can take in cooking demos from chef Eugenia Bone, as well as Rikki McKenna and other local culinary artists.
