Big O responds

Dear Editor:

My name in Andy Alt. I am the manager of Big O Tires in Basalt. Mr. Mentz was correct in his letter recounting all of the errors that were made while my staff serviced his vehicle. I am to blame from the start for not ensuring that the work was done according to his requests.

I take full responsibility for this and personally apologize to David for not providing him with the best service possible. I have a lot of great team members working with me here, and we are all human. We do tend to make mistakes but it is the way that we take care of these mistakes that sets us apart.

Thankfully Mr. Mentz gave us a chance to rectify the situation and make it right. I would like to ensure everyone that my staff and I truly do care. We are here to be advisors, experts and a resource for everyone who visits our facility.

Andy Alt
