Beth Ann Vernier passed away Wednesday, March 26, 2008, in Golden. She was 45. Born March 19, 1963, in Wyandotte, Mich., Beth Ann moved to Aspen in 1986.

In Aspen, she met many lifelong friends, including her husband of 14 years, Scott Holman. They moved to Denver in the early ’90s, but visited Aspen frequently. Beth Ann was known for her sense of humor, her love of a good time, her feisty spunk and her beauty. She is survived by her husband Scott Holman, her 8­year-old children Scotty and Isabella and her parents Bill and Gladys Vernier of Aspen and Wyandotte, Mich.; sis­ter Mary Lynn Tobel, her husband Kevin and daughters Jenna, Whitney and Kiley, of Novi, Mich.; brother Joe Vernier, his wife Julie and sons Joey and Andy of Aspen; sister Anne Vernier and her son Nathan, of Incline Vil­lage, Nev.; sister Susan Vernier Garcia, her husband Scott, sons Dawson and Ryan and daughter Grace of Basalt.

A memorial service will be held in celebration of her full but short life on Tuesday, April 1, at the Unitarian Church, 14350 W. 32nd Ave, in Golden. In lieu of flowers please send donations for Scotty and Isabella Holman to 5370 Pineridge Road, Golden, CO 80403.
