Befouling the nest

I know that you feel as remorseful as I about the Gucci pull-back from the Old Crossroads Drug/Banana Republic space. I mean, doesn’t it just break your little heart? So the nest is that fouled, is it, that the culprits have finally been hoist by their own petard.

The only more-glorious sight to behold than Frank, Tony and Harley scrambling all over each other to hook another sucker(s) to pay their usurious rents would be 3 feet of fresh powder on Thanksgiving Day.

Hey fellas, don’t forget to look for some locals to fill in. Of course, you would have to bring down your profit (i.e. rent), but then you might be applauded for trying to regenerate some of what you three, by your own greedy hands, have destroyed. Sad but true, boys. Need I say more?
