Dear Editor:Since the Aspen Chamber Resort Association claims city regulations and community standards are preventing the organization from reaping sponsorship dollars (“City regs hamstring ACRA,” Aspen Times, Dec. 10), again I advise ACRA President Hana Pevny to be very aggressive like the Beverly Hills Chamber of Commerce under its then-Executive Director Rolf Arnhym was at Beverly Hills City Council meetings in the late 1990s.Arnhym graduated from West Point and had a warrior’s heart and mind.Pevny, don’t [tell] me the ACRA is a nonprofit group and can’t do it.Get up in front of the Aspen City Council at every meeting and fight for your membership and the projects and issues that concern them. Be relentless.Emzy Veazy III, Esq.
