Be on the lookout for angels

Aspen Times Staff Report

It’s that time of year, and, once again, The Aspen Times is looking for a few good angels. Local angels, “Angels of the Roaring Fork.”

In our weekly edition on Friday, Dec. 22, The Aspen Times will carry on an annual tradition by honoring some of the people who give of themselves all year long to make this valley a better place.

And, as before, we need your help to find those “angels.”

So we are asking all of you, our readers, the citizens of this valley, to nominate your choices for the Angels of the Roaring Fork.

You can mail us the nominations (The Aspen Times, 310 E. Main St., Aspen, CO 81611); drop them off at our Main Street office; or e-mail them to

We’ll keep track of all those nominated, and we’ll profile some of the most deserving and, at least, mention most of the others.
