Be civil or go home

Dear Editor:The attempts by part of the audience to shout down an invited questioner at [Wednesday’s] talk by Tom Friedman are not in the best tradition of what made the Aspen community great. The same happened at Paepcke two years ago while Imam al-Rouf was speaking. Polarization is getting worse and worse here, but lack of civility and dialogue run totally counter to the Aspen ideal; if you can’t behave, please stay at home. Chris WallingAspen
