Battling for a good cause
Dear Editor:Once again, Battle of the Bands was a huge success. Last weekend’s musical extravaganza marked my eighth year as a judge for this nonprofit event and I have to say that this year’s show was by far the best. Biff Phillips did an outstanding job making sure that everything ran smoothly. It was extremely well organized between performances with minimal lag time.Battle of the Bands continues to be an outstanding community event that gives many students in our valley another outlet to express their creativity. Thanks to everyone who made this event possible.Josh BerroBasalt
