BASALT ” Dare to enter a haunted house?

The Basalt High School boys soccer team is trying to scare up some funds this Halloween for an overseas trip next spring

The soccer team is hosting a haunted house at Cerise Ranch, between Blue Lake and Catherine Store. Signs mark the way from the access off Highway 82.

The spooks and ghouls will be at home Sunday, Oct. 26, Thursday, Oct. 30 and Friday, Oct. 31, from 6:30 to 10 p.m. each evening, depending on demand. The price is $5 for kids and adults. Young children should be accompanied by an adult.

The soccer team will travel overseas, probably to Spain, in the spring for training and competition. The boys will hold a variety of fund-raisers between now and then to help pay for the trip.
