‘Avenue Q’ a knee-slapping delight

Dear Editor:

We just attended opening night of “Avenue Q” at Theatre Aspen on Wednesday night.

The show is not only laugh-out-loud funny, but the level of professionalism of the acting is top-notch. Several of the performers have performed on Broadway and in national touring companies, and it shows; they are fabulous.

The setting at the newly renovated John Denver Sanctuary in the park is simply gorgeous, and the new Theatre Aspen lobby and theater seats, etc., make the whole evening delightful.

If you want to see great theater and have some great laughs, go now to see “Avenue Q” – only there three weeks.
