Author Gretchen Rubin to speak in Aspen on Wednesday

Author Gretchen Rubin will speak about her new book, “The Four Tendencies,” from 5 to 6 p.m. Wednesday at Paepcke Auditorium on the Aspen Meadows campus.

Rubin’s talk is part of the Murdock Mind, Body, Spirit Speaker Series.

The author of New York Times bestsellers “Better Than Before,” “The Happiness Project” and “Happier at Home,” Rubin will talk about how to use the power of habits to make your life happier, healthier, and more productive.
