Auction thanks

Dear Editor:

The Red Brick Council for the Arts (RBCA) sends a heartfelt thank-you for the support shown at our annual art auction and festival. The fundraising event was very successful, with more than 150 incredible pieces of artwork and business donations purchased. The RBCA is in deep gratitude to all the artists, businesses, volunteers and community members for their wonderful generosity.

The Red Brick Council is Aspen’s premier promoter of local arts, a nonprofit whose programs depend on community support. If you would like to see everything we offer at the Red Brick, and for a complete list of everyone who helped and/or donated for the auction, please go to our website: You will also find photo images of the day’s activities.

Special thanks go to Tim Handley Catering and his merry band of helpers for the wonderful lunch, which people are still talking about, and to Mary Sue at Suitable for Framing for her professionalism and last-minute rescues.
