Aspen’s Hall of Fame looking for a few good inductees

Know a good local who deserves to be recognized? Nominations for the 2018 Aspen Hall of Fame class are due Thursday to the organization.

According to the nonprofit, to be considered for the hall, one must have had “a significant and lasting impact on the Aspen/Snowmass communities — economically, physically, spiritually or intellectually. Nominees must have demonstrated inspirational leadership and have made major contributions to cultural, sporting and/or civic activities.”

The inductees will be selected by the 16-person board of directors.

Since being formed in 1986, the hall has inducted 104 people from the community. The 31st annual banquet for the induction ceremony is Jan. 20 at the Hotel Jerome.
