Aspen Winterskol slogan contest starts Monday
Submissions for the annual Winterskol Celebration slogan contest will be accepted starting Monday.
This year’s slogan will focus on Aspen being an international winter destination. The slogan should be a one- to five-word phrase.
The winning slogan will appear on the official Winterskol button and in print and broadcast promotional materials. The winner will receive one pass to the 2014 Food & Wine Magazine Classic in Aspen.
Previous winning slogans include:
• 2013 — “Vintage Spirit”
• 2002 — “Go for the Gold —It’s Winterskol!”
• 2000 — “Think Globally, Celebrate Locally”
The deadline for entries is 5 p.m. on Oct. 11, and they should be emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org. The winner will be announced Oct. 18. A Winterskol schedule of events is due out in November at http://www.aspenchamber.org.
