Aspen Valley Ski & Snowboard Club benefit is Aug. 2

Aspen Valley Ski & Snowboard Club will host a benefit for its adaptive ski club Aug. 2 at Aspen Glen Clubhouse in Carbondale.
Dinner will be served at 5:30 p.m.; live music by The Ricky O Band — featuring Bobby Mason, Brian Savage, John Michel and Michael Jude — will start at 7 p.m.
Cost is $75 for adults and $25 for children younger than 12.
The event is hosted by Ace Lane, Suzanne Leydecker, Detha Mika and George Scott.
