Aspen students excel at science fair
Dear Editor:
I would like to congratulate four outstanding science students of Aspen Middle School. This weekend, Alex Bush, Chris Goralka, Jessica Tyler and Megan Hanson competed in the Western Regional Science Fair in Grand Junction. Each of them was chosen as one of 19 first-place finishers out of a field of more than 150 competitors.
After a second round of interviews, Chris Goralka and Megan Hanson were chosen to represent Aspen Middle School and the Western Slope Region at the state science fair to be held at Colorado State University in April. We are all very proud of you and wish you luck!
