ASPEN – The following Aspen police activity was recorded between Oct. 31 and Nov. 10. The arrests do not reflect an indictment or disposition in the cases.

Oct. 31, 1:55 a.m. – Joshua Myers, 30, of Denver was cited for driving under the influence (DUI), DUI per se and failure to stop at a stop sign.

Nov. 1, 1:23 a.m. – Peter Knobel, 52, of Vail was arrested on suspicion of DUI and stopping where prohibited.

Nov. 1, 1:59 a.m. – George Quijano, 28, of Aspen was issued a summons for disorderly conduct and resisting arrest.

Nov. 2, 11:45 p.m. – Jason Cooper, 42, of Snowmass was arrested on suspicion of driving with ability impaired (DWAI), driving with license under restraint, driving an uninsured vehicle, driving with expired plates and two failure-to-appear warrants.

Nov. 7, 10:58 p.m. – Officers cited Jorge Izquierdo Aguilar, 28, of Carbondale with DUI, DUI per se, no proof of insurance, drove without valid license, weaving and failure to stop at a red light.

Nov. 8, 2:07 a.m. – Cale Mitchell, 23, of Carbondale arrested on suspicion of DWAI and speeding.

Nov. 8, 7:29 p.m. – Ryan Bennett, 29, of Aspen was arrested for an outstanding warrant.

Nov. 10, 10:45 p.m. – Robert Parks, 62, of Aspen was arrested and charged with driving with a restrained license.
