ASPEN – The following police activity occurred from Feb. 4-17. The arrests and citations do not reflect a disposition or conviction, and are merely accusations.

Feb. 17, 1:52 a.m. – Aspen police officers contacted Travis Luffman, 22, of Woody Creek, after witnessing suspicious behavior in the downtown core. Luffman was issued a Municipal Court summons for urinating in public.

Feb. 14, 8:44 p.m. – Officers responded to a report of a theft at Koto. Malachi Mulcahy, 27, of Basalt was arrested and transported to Pitkin County Jail where he was charged with theft, $100 to $500.

Feb. 14, 8:50 a.m. – Officers responded to a report of a domestic disturbance. Thomas Rumley, 29, of Aspen was arrested and transported to Pitkin County Jail where he was charged with harassment and domestic violence.

Feb. 13, 12:20 p.m. – Officers arrested Fausto Medina-Ballisteros, 38, of Aspen on an outstanding warrant from an outside agency. Medina-Ballisteros was transported to Pitkin County Jail without incident.

Feb. 12, 4:05 p.m. – Officers responded to a report of a domestic disturbance. Gloria Meza-Leal, 44, of Glenwood Springs was arrested and transported to Pitkin County Jail where she was charged with menacing with a deadly weapon, third-degree assault, and domestic violence.

Feb. 12, 1:15 a.m. -Officers responded to a report of a fake ID at Eric’s. Barry Longo, 18, of Snowmass Village was arrested and transported to Pitkin County Jail where he was charged with underage possession of alcohol (18-20), possession of drug paraphernalia, and possession of less than 1 ounce of marijuana.

Feb. 12, 8:50 a.m. -Officers arrested Yale Lewis, 28, of Aspen on an outstanding warrant from an outside agency. Lewis was transported to Pitkin County Jail without incident.

Feb. 11, 4:08 p.m. – Officers arrested Thomas Simmons, 21, of Aspen on an outstanding warrant from an outside agency. Simmons was transported to Pitkin County Jail without incident.

Feb. 10, 10:13 p.m. – Officers responded to a report of a disturbance at Zane’s Tavern. Daniel Caulder, 34, of Aspen was arrested and transported to Pitkin County Jail where he was charged with trespassing and disorderly conduct.

Feb. 8, 10 p.m. -Officers responded to a report of a disturbance at Bad Billy’s. Kevin Johnson, 33, of Snowmass Village, and Shanti Waldrop, 38, of Eureka, Calif., were arrested and transported to Pitkin County Jail where they were both charged with disorderly conduct.

Feb. 7, 1:47 a.m. – Officers contacted Ty Linegar, 21, of Mosman, Ariz., after witnessing suspicious behavior in the downtown core. Linegar was issued a court summons for urinating in public.

Feb. 4, 2:23 a.m. -Officers responded to a report from Belly Up of a reluctant patron. After first encouraging Charles LaBoone, 30, of Carbondale to leave the premises, LaBoone was arrested and transported to Pitkin County Jail where he was charged with trespassing.
