Aspen needs Torre as its mayor
Dear Editor:
An educated vote takes time to develop. After attending many candidate forums, I’m voting for Torre for mayor of Aspen.
The forums’ question-and-answer-format responses, plus Torre’s environmental record, clearly show that he is the leading voice for Aspen. His knowledge of issues facing the city past and future guarantees that he is the best candidate to guide the city for the next two years.
With Steve Skadron and Adam Frisch still on the council and Torre as our next mayor, the balance of “old” and “new” Aspen will be in the right hands. Keep Skadron and Frisch on the council to finish the jobs they were elected to do. Vote Torre for mayor.
