Aspen Music Festival rearranges Winter Music

ASPEN ” The Aspen Music Festival has announced several changes to the schedule for its 2009 Winter Music series.

Violinist Joshua Bell, performing with pianist Jeremy Denk, will perform on a new date, Feb. 11. Pianist Jeffrey Kahane is also rescheduled for a new date, Feb. 16.

Flutist Marina Piccinini and pianist Andrea Haefliger will appear on Feb. 25, as previously scheduled.

Added to the series is a concert by pianist Simone Dinnerstein, on March 14.

Violinist Julia Rachlin, previously announced as making his Aspen debut this winter, will not appear in the series.

All concerts in the Winter Music series are at 6:30 p.m. at Harris Hall. For tickets or further information, go to aspenmusicfestival.com, or call 925-9042.
