While the weather didn’t quite cooperate for the second day of the recent bike rodeo, the first day was the perfect opportunity to get outside and knock the dust off the bikes and biking skills of the attentive students at Aspen Elementary School. Sheriff Michael Buglione would like to thank the Aspen Police Department for organizing and inviting the Sheriff’s Office to join them for such a wonderful and beneficial event. Please take a few minutes to check your bike and biking equipment so that you can safely refresh your biking skills before hitting the roads and trails this summer, and please always wear a helmet.Pitkin County Facebook/Courtesy photo
