Aspen government seeks feedback on changes to land-use code
The city of Aspen’s Community Development department will seek public input concerning changes to the land-use code from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Wednesday, Aug. 3, at the dancing fountain, located across from the Wheeler Opera House.
The city will entertain feedback on potential land-use code changes such as a ban on free-market residential uses, more or less open spaces associated with development, and protecting views of Aspen Mountain.
The city also will seek feedback at the upcoming Aspen Saturday Market.
