ASPEN – The following Aspen police activity was recorded Nov. 13-24. The incidents do not reflect dispositions in the cases, and all suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty.
Nov. 13, 12:10 a.m. – Donna Harper, 51, of Snowmass was arrested for DUI and driving the wrong way on a one-way street.
Nov. 13, 12:28 a.m. – Kevin Gibson, 41, of Woody Creek was placed under arrest for violation of a protection order.
Nov. 13, 2:28 a.m. – Francisco Javier Olivares-Ahumada, 27, of Snowmass Village was arrested for DUI, DUI per se, driving without a valid license and lane use violation.
Nov. 15, 12:44 a.m. – Anna Catherine Windler, 25, of Aspen was arrested for third-degree assault and domestic violence.
Nov. 17, 5 p.m. -Thomas Mines Jr., 53, of Aspen turned himself into Aspen police on an outstanding warrant from Pitkin County. He was taken to the Pitkin County jail where he was charged with violation of a protection order and domestic violence.
Nov. 18, 1:41 a.m. – Robert Larsen, 29, of Snowmass Village was arrested and transported to the Pitkin County jail where he was charged with violation of a protection order.
Nov. 19, 2:07 a.m. – Silvestre Arvizo-Chavez, 29, of Snowmass Village was arrested for DUI and failure to drive in a single lane.
Nov. 20, 1:24 a.m. – Thomas Loeslein, 24, of Glenwood Springs was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence (DUI) and DUI per se.
Nov. 20, 3:30 p.m. – Theresa Hanson-Harrison, 46, of Rifle turned herself into Aspen police on an outstanding failure to appear warrant from Pitkin County. She was placed under arrest and escorted to Pitkin County Jail.
Nov. 21, 11:41 p.m. – Stanley Cheo, 43, of Woody Creek was arrested for DUI and speeding.
Nov. 24, 2009, 12:41 a.m. – John Shea, 39, of Snowmass Village was cited for or DUI, DUI per se and driving with expired plates.
Nov. 24, 1:30 p.m. – Sandra Vaccarezza-Vidal of Woody Creek was placed under arrest and issued a summons for shoplifting and theft from The Aspen Thrift Shop.
