Aspen cops blotter: X marks the trouble

ASPEN ” Aspen police issued citations to three men for having open containers on the Hyman Avenue mall.

Thomas L. James Jr., 46, Thomas Webber, 41, and Mark Walsh, 50, were each issued a summons for drinking liquor or possession of open container on public property where prohibited.

ASPEN ” Lance Ware, 18, and Jeremy Payne, 19, were each issued a summons by Aspen police for underage drinking at the X Games concert at Gondola Plaza.

ASPEN ” Aspen police arrested Juaquin Sanchez, 32, after he allegedly got into a brawl at the Regal Watering Hole, 220 S. Galena St. Sanchez was taken to Pitkin County jail and booked on two counts of assault.

ASPEN ” Aspen police responded to a domestic dispute at La Cantina, 411 E. Main St. A short while after arriving at the restaurant they arrested Alexandra Noronha, 32. Noronha was taken to the Pitkin County jail where she was booked for harassment, physical and domestic violence.

ASPEN ” A fight at Eric’s Bar, 315 E. Hyman Ave., resulted in Aspen police arresting three men. Jonathan Yost, 23, Chester Cohen, 23, and Nicholas Stertz, 23, were taken to the Pitkin County jail and booked for disorderly conduct and criminal trespassing.
