Aspen citizen surveys on their way

Aspen Times Staff Report
Aspen, CO Colorado

ASPEN ” The City of Aspen is sending out its annual survey to residents to find out “how we have done in delivering services to the community,” according to a press release from the city.

National Research Center, Inc., of Boulder, is conducting the mail survey. Beginning sometime in mid- to late-September, a randomly selected sample of Aspen households will receive a postcard notifying them that they have been selected to participate in the survey. Soon afterward they will receive the survey in the mail and be asked to fill it out and return it in the pre-addressed, stamped envelope provided.

“We need citizen participation in order to find out what we are doing right and what we need to improve upon,” the press release reads.

The city has been performing these surveys of the community for almost a decade.
