April 18 in Aspen event to honor lost loved ones
The first annual ForeverLove, Remembering With Honor community gathering is set for 3 to 7 p.m. April 18 at the Koch and Paepcke auditoriums on the Aspen Institute grounds.
Presented by Pathfinders, the event pays honor to those who have died in the Roaring Fork Valley.
The free event will offer both adult and children’s activities.
Yoga, meditation, movement and writing classes are among the offerings for adults. There will be art therapy for the younger children and a special writing activity for the older children. The purpose of the event is to be a time of love and honor and celebration of lives that continue to touch people even in death.
Visit the “foreverlove” section of http://www.pathfindersforcancer.org to sign up for the various classes or to submit the name of the loved one you want to honor.
