Annie’s is part of Aspen’s character
Dear Editor:
This is a response to tearing down Little Annie’s. Don’t tear down Little Annie’s. It’s such a historic and unique building inside and out that gives one a real feel.
If torn down, you will only add to the demise of Aspen as a special place trying to preserve its history and historical spaces. All the new buildings are boring and are only taking away from what Aspen represents. I ate at Little Annie’s the other night, and because of its wonderful old feel, I will return. Aspen needs to stop catering to the wealthy and keep what draws the normal people to town.
