Animal Shelter says thanks for skijor clinic

Dear Editor:

Friends of the Aspen Animal Shelter would like to extend our deepest appreciation to Monroe Summers, Doug Raines and Patty Watson at Cozy Point Ranch and the Aspen City Council for allowing our nonprofit to use the property on Cozy Point Ranch for our recent skijor clinic.

Special recognition and gratitude to Austin Weiss, Dave Radeck, the city of Aspen Parks Department and the Aspen Snowmass Nordic Council for going above and beyond by preparing and maintaining the course for the event.

Whether horseback riding or Nordic skiing, Cozy Point Ranch is an asset to our community. Thanks for enabling Friends of the Aspen Animal Shelter to spend a wonderful day in the sunshine and on the snow, exercising and bonding with our dogs.

Thank you!
