Alleged assault leads to charges

Aspen, CO Colorado

ASPEN ” Daniel Alejanro Rave-Munoz, 21, of Colombia, was arrested Friday night after allegedly assaulting his girlfriend at the Hyatt Grand Aspen.

Munoz, reportedly in the country illegally, was charged with four felonies: burglary, menacing, false imprison­ment and criminal trespass; he also faces misdemeanor assault, trespassing and domestic violence charges.

He was charged with two separate trespassing charges because he allegedly went into someone’s room in addition to his own and because he alleged­ly returned to the hotel after he had been asked to leave, according to police. He was being held without bond.
