Agar Langell Brown

Longtime Roaring Fork Valley resident Agar Langell Brown died on Aug. 3 at Valley View Hospital. He was 56 years old. He was a retired Realtor and fishing guide.

A resident of Carbondale, he was born in St. Charles, Ill., on Feb. 3, 1947, to Agar Mckey Brown and Margaret Marion Langell. He moved to the area 27 years ago.

He is survived by his cousins, Dennis and wife Barbara; and Robert and wife Cathy.

Services will be announced at a later date.

The family suggests memorial donations be made to the American Diabetes Association, Pikes Peak Chapter, 19 N. Tejon, #210, Colorado Springs, CO 80903.

Farnum-Holt Funeral Home is handling the arrangements.
