Adele Irene Dublin

Adele Irene Dublin died peacefully on Saturday July 16, 2011, surrounded by her family at her home in Aventura, Fla. She was 84.

She is survived by her loving husband of nearly 65 years, Leonard; her two daughters, Sherri (Gary) Poliakoff and Faith Messing; grandchildren Ryan (Marci) Poliakoff, Keith (Candy) Poliakoff and Ian Messing. She was fortunate to have three great-grandchildren, Jordan, Dylan and Sofie Poliakoff.

Adele was born on Sept. 10, 1926 in Brooklyn, N.Y. She was the first child of Isidore and Regina Pecker. She was the sibling of Harold (Shirley) Peterfrieund, Shirley (Jerry) Fine, Jesse (Rachel) Pecker and Edna (Dave) Natkowitz.

Leonard and Adele moved to South Florida in 1956. Her favorite pastime was boating and fishing with her family. Her heart and her home were always open to love and laughter. She and Leonard travelled the world after her children grew up. They celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary in Southeast Asia with their entire family. Over the past 15 years, they enjoyed spending time in their second home in Aspen.

Adele touched many lives and will be missed by all.
