ACRA helps fund U.S. chamber’s mission

Dear Editor:

Along with nonprofits Protect Our Winters and, our organization, Mountain Riders Alliance, has mobilized in response to failed leadership by the Aspen Chamber Resort Association.

ACRA remains a dues-paying member of the U.S. Chamber of Commerce, even though they fully understand that the U.S. chamber works daily to dismantle not only Aspen’s work on climate but its future as a ski town.

This seems shortsighted, especially given the inability of ACRA leadership to explain exactly what the benefits of U.S. chamber membership are.

It’s our strong desire that the leaders of Aspen Chamber Resort Association take notice and react accordingly.

CEO and founder, Mountain Riders Alliance
