Accident avoided

Dear Editor:(This letter was originally addressed, “Thank you, whoever you are.”)To the person in the Jeep Cherokee who was departing Glenwood Springs around 4 p.m., Oct. 21, headed upvalley on Highway 82.You are the person who avoided the concrete truck that pulled out of Buffalo Valley making the unannounced double lane change, which diverted all the upvalley traffic into evasive action – at me.I was the guy in the left turn lane. I’m alive because of your skillful driving. Thank you!Robert D. RyanGlenwood Springs
