Eddie Freedman hosted a “White Night” theme party at his Red Mountain residence on Sunday, July 3. The festive affair featured beats from DJ Dylan Regan, dinner from Willow Creek Bistro and dancing on the decks and in the living room of the lavish locale. More than 400 of Eddie’s closest friends were invited to the grand affair.

“Being from Miami, I thought Aspen needed to party South-Beach style” he explained. EKS Events decorated his split-level estate in the theme of the Delano Hotel just off Ocean Drive with sterling buckets of champagne and beds and lounge furniture covered in white cloth. Steadfast security guards granted access to the soiree to guests toting invitations and sporting bright white threads, no exceptions to either rule.”If you can’t get into the spirit, then don’t bother coming,” added Eddie as he elaborated on his party philosophy.

Willow Creek chef Matthew Zubrod and sous chef Aaron Bennett prepared a clambake with sixty pounds of manilla clams, 100 pounds of barbecue chicken and 70 pounds of buffalo ribeye. “We also had 250 lobsters and they were gone in an hour,” said Bennett. For dessert, they served homemade Starbucks Liqueur fudgecicles.”This party puts P. Diddy’s to shame,” said one guest from Manhattan.
