A vote for Wampler is best
confirmedA vote for Wampler is bestDear Editor:If the citizens of Aspen have any concern about the present frenzied pace of growth and development, scrape-and-replace construction, and traffic clogging our streets and highways, then vote for Mike Wampler. He is astute, and understands the complexities of infill and uncontrolled government growth and what it is doing to our town. Beware of casting your vote for developers; they dress in sheep’s clothing. Know the past voting record of candidates running, before you take at face value what they campaign on and promise.Presently, we have a government that is out of control, with a budget most cities would envy, filling in the city’s infill code, which has changed this town overnight. Mike, as a longtime resident of Aspen, understands these serious issues. He has the background, education and forthrightness to stand and speak up for what is good for Aspen and its future. A vote for Mike Wampler is the best if you want to preserve Aspen’s attractiveness and character.Junee KirkAspen
