A team effort

Dear Editor:

The Gardening Committee at Basalt Elementary School would like to express its gratitude for all the parent support and participation that created the beautiful landscaping in front of our elementary school.

Special thanks are extended to: P.I.E., the many parents who worked so hard moving rocks, pulling weeds and planting flowers; Lisa Dinardo, town of Basalt horticulturist, for donating her time and expertise; George Robinson, owner of Eagle Crest Nursery, for his generous donations; and Principal Suzanne Wheeler Del Piccolo for her financial and moral support. Together we made this goal a reality. Thank you!

Tara Haas
