A spectacular promise

Having moved from the Bay Area two years ago with my children, I have always been grateful for the people who warmly opened their arms and hearts to us.

Robby Wade was one of those awesome people who made my kids’ transition from California to Colorado less traumatic. Robby befriended my older two children, John and Natalie, at Aspen High School.

Whether four-wheeling or just a quick “wazup?” Robby shared his heart. He was full of adventure and a positive outlook, and that was contagious. He lit up the room when he came in.

Our family sends our deepest condolences to Robby’s family and to all who were touched by his life. He gave so much of himself to those around him. He leaves us such a void.

I am thankful my children and I had the opportunity to have known Robby. We miss him, deeply. We entwine our hearts with those who grieve.

Robby was a spectacular promise.
