A service Janet would have loved

Dear Editor:On Aug. 19 we held a memorial service for our sister, daughter, mother and friend, Janet Sinclair Steed. At this time we would like to thank all of the special people who made this day for Janet a beautiful remembrance.Thank you to the Arnall family for letting us return to our former family home for the memorial and laying of Janet’s ashes, so she could eternally be at the home she loved so much. To Roger of Sunny Ranch, for his help preparing the property for us and giving us access.Thank you to Randy Youngling, Assistant Chaplin of the Snowmass Chapel, for the beautiful service. Jim Dykann for his musical and vocal talents. And to my very dear friends, Lisa Valley and Re Re Baker, for their help with set up and break down of both the service and the reception following.Lastly, we would like to thank all of our friends and family for all of your support through this very difficult year. We love you all, and know Janet is smiling upon us all.Barb Sinclair, BasaltDeanne Sinclair Hemann, ParachuteElizabeth Sinclair, Carbondale
