A Seder to remember

Dear Editor:

I want to thank the Hotel Jerome for truly putting on the “Seder of the Century.” We had close to 200 happy, dancing guests who will never forget this Passover.

All of the children participated in the service and got up and danced throughout the Seder. They were truly moved by Sheryl Renee-Entertainer. I want to thank my wife Jill and my son Matthew for all their help. The Hotel Jerome went out of its way to make this event special. Thanks to Brandan, GM, Kevin and Callie of food and beverage for their unending support and work.

Nothing could have been done without the tireless work of Chef Even and Pastry Chef Mary; they worked many hours and wanted all the food to be traditional and great. A special thanks to Heath and Susan of Halcyon Production. They kicked up the seder 10 levels. We wish everybody a happy and sweet Passover. And who could forget our Passover goats; thanks to Smalls and Meeker.
