A plan we can all support

Dear Editor:

Change has historically been difficult in Aspen; however, Jonathan Lewis has an idea for the Given Institute that seems to now be the best of all possible worlds.

His plan will leave the Given looking just the same from the street; will protect the beautiful old trees; will respect the land so it will not be built out to the last inch by a developer; and above all, the property will be inhabited by locals who care deeply about and more than generously give back to our community.

We hope this project will be supported without contention.

We smile every time we pass the sign to everywhere. Don’t you?
