Michael Behrendt is a passionate friend of Aspen’s past and future, and works tirelessly to protect our fragile history. As the owner of the St. Moritz Lodge, Michael has long been involved in complex issues, including the Save Shadow Mountain campaign and the Historic Preservation Task Force.
I’ve known Michael since 1969; his unique, intelligent and thoughtful perspectives will help ensure a future for Aspen we will be proud of. Please vote for Behrendt for City Council.

Hanukkah has arrived in Aspen
Members of the valley’s Jewish community gathered at the Albright Pavilion at Aspen Meadows Thursday for their second annual menorah lighting ceremony to celebrate and acknowledge the first day of Hanukkah.
