A message from Aspen

Dear Editor:

(Re: “It was fun while it lasted,” Letters, Feb. 22, The Aspen Times).

Dear Jim, my name is the city of Aspen. I was born from dreams, and they all came true. I was born from hard-working folks who had a grand idea that would someday grow into what it is today. Too bad about your parking problems whilst trying to get to the Red Onion to wax on about the past with the locals. They probably wouldn’t want to hear it anyways.

You just skip on out of here out to Yountville and purchase some $50 fine cheeses to go with that whine. My name is Aspen, and I approve this message.
