A little help from his friends

Dear Editor:

I would like to thank our Aspen ambulance crew and our Aspen fire department. This past week I was asked to help a friend who has been paralyzed. He was having an art exhibit and needed to get to the second floor with a little help from his friends.

After a few phone calls everyone showed up on time and Richard’s opening went just the way he had planed. Without these men it would have been a difficult task to transport him safely to the second floor and back down at night when it was over. Thank you, gentlemen. You all know who you are, and I am proud to be part of the same community as you all.
