A kind note for Kinder

Dear Editor:I am writing this letter on a serious note, as opposed to most of my usual babble. I would like to say to Jack Grynberg that I have had the privilege of working on occasion with the property management company that oversees the Richard Kinder property. In the last couple of years, Mr. Kinder acquired some acreage adjacent to his property on Highway 82 across from Aspen Village. It is my understanding that this property could have been developed into several sites for more mega-estates; instead Mr. Kinder restored the existing quaint, old house and its charming out-buildings, and put in hundreds of beautiful trees and several trout ponds, which all makes for a wonderful wildlife sanctuary – and all of this for everyone to enjoy in passing to and from downvalley. Now, how many people around here are willing to take on this roll? Very few, if any. I personally think Aspen would be much better off with more people like the Kinders.Don DixonAspen
