A good word for good people

Dear Editor:I’d like to take a moment to wish the Crown family a happy holidays and thank them for giving riders and skiers the Deep Temerity lift. The incredible new terrain will make Aspen Highlands one of the most exciting ski areas in North America.I would also like to wish a happy holidays and to thank the City Council members, county commissioners, and all those that worked tenaciously to reward the community with their gift of Smuggler Mountain. Thank you, Wilk Wilkinson, for your enormous contribution to the quality of life in Aspen. I’m sure every resident of our community is excited to know that our backyard will always remain our playground and not become another development.Cliff WeissAspen
