A fundraiser for the Fausts

Dear Editor:

On Jan. 28, 2009, a team member of Apex Patrol suffered a terrible loss. Doris Faust was working her shift in Aspen when she was notified that the fire department had been dispatched to her house in Woody Creek. When she arrived she found out that her teenage son was not in the house but that they did lose their family dog and all of their personal belongings.

Due to this tragedy, Apex Security has set up an account at Wells Fargo, The Doris Faust Donation Account, for anyone in the community who can help Doris and her son help rebuild their lives. We will also be accepting clothing and food donations at the Aspen Apex Security Office Building 300, Suite J at the AABC and at the Woody Creek Community Center (next to the Woody Creek Tavern).

Apex will offer to install a free CO detector for every $500 donation to the Wells Fargo account (certain restrictions apply). If you have any questions please contact the local Apex Office at 945-2152.
